By purchasing items from our website you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the following Terms and Conditions.

Orders:

We thank you for your order in advance! 

All Ready to ship(RTS) orders are usually processed between 1-3 business days from the day the order is placed and shipped within 3-5 business days after processing. Expected arrival time is between 5-10 days. If personalization is requested on your order then processing can be between 7-16 business days and shipped within 3-5 business days after processing.  Expected arrival time is between 5-10 days after processing. 

Custom Made/Made to order(MTO): COMING SOON!

Once custom made orders are received, the approximate Turn Around Time(TAT) is as follows:

· Wine glasses, tumblers, pens, keychains designed with rhinestones ONLY – approximate create/processing time – 5-6 weeks (25-35 business days)

· Wine glasses, tumblers, pens, keychains designed with rhinestones adding glitter and a non toxic coating – approximate create/processing time – 8-10 weeks (40-50 business days)

Shipping:

Shipping of items after processing orders are within 3-5 business days. Expected arrival time can be between 5-10 days depending on the carrier service. 

We cannot be held responsible for the length of time it may take to receive your items once orders are shipped. Unfortunately we have no control over USPS or any other shipping service.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping rates are dependent upon the size and weight of products. 

Store Policies **DISCLAIMER**

All items are handcrafted and designed with LOVE. Products may vary in color, size or shape and two products will never be the exact same. Our products covered with rhinestones are applied by hand with quality waterproof strong adhesive and made to be durable however not unbreakable. Please be gentle with the handling and care of your beautiful pieces.  Due to the handmade nature of my products minor imperfections are sometimes unavoidable however, I make every effort to ensure all products are desirably perfect! 

All items pictured and listed as Ready to ship(RTS)/Pre-made(PM) are the actual items that you will receive UNLESS personalization is requested in your order. 

All Custom made(CM)/Made to order(MTO) items ordered within 24 hours AFTER order is placed cannot be cancelled in an effort to lessen the possible confusion of the original order details and to avoid shipping delays.

We are not responsible for dropped, scratched or mishandling of your items once you receive them. 

Wine glasses, tumblers or any item designed with rhinestones and a sealed coating are not microwave or oven safe, they should never be left in extreme heat and should never be submerged in water and should be gently hand washed and air or gently pat dry ONLY. 

We reserve the right to accept or deny any returns or orders.
